Welcome to the MSF360 Temporary Staging Site!

Supporting safe patient care through quality improvement

Full-service delivery of MSF360 is available to regulatory colleges, health authorities and other institutions that would like to offer our program to the health professionals they work with or support

This multi-source feedback program is a valuable and meaningful professional development opportunity, to help health professionals improve their performance and provide high-quality care to the public.

Multi-source feedback made easy

MSF360 involves a self-assessment and collecting feedback from colleagues and patients, providing participants with a 360° perspective of their practice. Participants will also have the opportunity to review their report with a trained facilitator.

Assessing critical CanMEDS roles

MSF360 is anchored in the CanMEDS framework, evaluating three specific roles:

Communicator

The ability to form relationships with patients and their families, based on trust and mutual understanding. This facilitates the gathering and sharing of information essential for providing effective health care.

Collaborator

The ability to build relationships based on trust, respect and shared decision-making, working effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.

Professional

The commitment to health and well-being through ethical practice, cultural safety, high personal standards of behaviour, accountability, physician-led regulation and maintenance of personal health.

These roles can be difficult to evaluate but are critical to the delivery of safe care. Performance in these areas is best assessed by those who observe, interact and work directly with MSF360 participants.
