Improve your practice through MSF360
MSF360 is an opportunity for healthcare providers to reflect on feedback from multiple sources, gaining a 360° perspective that can guide professional development and practice improvements.
During your MSF360 review, you will complete an online self-assessment while feedback is collected from your colleagues and patients. Your results are not compared to peer groups—you are encouraged to self-reflect on communication, collaboration and professionalism within your own practice.
After going through the process, participants will have the opportunity to review a report of their feedback with a trained facilitator, to identify opportunities for improvement and discuss how meaningful changes can be captured in an action plan and implemented to improve practice.

Assessing critical CanMEDS roles
MSF360 is anchored in the CanMEDS framework, evaluating three specific roles:
Communicator
The ability to form relationships with patients and their families, based on trust and mutual understanding. This facilitates the gathering and sharing of information essential for providing effective health care.
Collaborator
The ability to build relationships based on trust, respect and shared decision-making, working effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
Professional
The commitment to health and well-being through ethical practice, cultural safety, high personal standards of behaviour, accountability, physician-led regulation and maintenance of personal health.
These roles can be difficult to evaluate but are critical to the delivery of safe care. Performance in these areas is best assessed by those who observe, interact and work directly with MSF360 participants.

WHAT OUR PARTNERS SAY ABOUT MSF360
“MSF360 is part of our continual learning experience as physicians. It gives us a true picture of our individual practice. After receiving my report, the review with a facilitator was very worthwhile. Even after 46 years in medical practice, I found that there are always areas for improvement.”
Dr. John Bradley,
MSF360 physician participant
